Main Features:

1. Roll forming part partly is wall panel structure, make up of 16 roller stands, molding and forming at same time. Driven up by the Cycloid Reducer motor systems, Whole machine is single station with chain transmission, it is safe, stable and small internal friction. The Rollers is using High grade 45# forge steel produced by CNC machine, polished and coated with 0.05mm thickness Hard Chrome, to ensure the sized of roller accuracy and surface finish, extended service life. And the main shaft is using high grade 45# round steel quenched and tempered heat treatment overall. 2. The Press Module is using 40Gr materials produced by CNC machine, surface treatment processes, and finally refined by manual frinding surface to ensure that the die contact surface of the dimensional accuracy and smoothness, so as to ensure the quality of stamping. 3. Hydraulic forming and Cutting Device is by material Cr12, after heat treatment of HRC 60 hardness, the Cutting profile is tidy appearance.
